Can I get a passport if I owe back child support but are making the payments with automatic deductions from my work?

Is the payments you are making, paying current and also paying toward back payments ? Is this a court approved arrangement ?

It is court approved arrangements and it is back payments there are no young children now involved

I am paying current child support write now and child support services are deducting child support out of my pay check. But no set deductions on back support.
