Me and my boyfriend have had sex in that time span several times and it wasn't till yesterday that I realized I forgot my birth control. What made me remember was a tight sore feeling in my lower abdomin. How can I figure out at this time if I'm pregnant or not and what ould the tight feeling be. I I don't have a reg OBGYN I'm in the process of looking.

It would be way too early to have any pregnancy symptoms, so the tight sore feeling in your lower abdomen isn't due to pregnancy.

That's not to say that you aren't pregnant. You could be, but it's way too early to test, and way too early for symptoms.

Wait until your next period is due. If you miss it, then try testing with a home pregnancy test. Make sure to use first morning urine.
