Hi I am a 23y/o and I have been bleeding for a month I use to get pain in my lower sides of my stomach now I get back pain and every now in then I will still get the pain I my sides and have other side affects sometimes I think straight I get headaches I know I am stressed out but I don't think that could be cousing everything so will someone please help me I made a doctor's appointment for wed. so hopefuly someone can give me answers. And I'm taking birth control for about 6 months now.Any suggest's?

Wait for your doctor's appointment, we can't diagnose you online. Until then, try not to stress yourself out too much.

The spotting and stomach/back pain may be unrelated. Lower left stomach pain is usually associated with gastro-intestinal issues rather than reproductive issues. Again, a doctor will have more answers.

As for your constant bleeding, ANY dramatic change in your cycle needs to be reported to your physician so it's a good thing (again) that you're seeing your doctor. You say you've been taking BC for 6 months now, and it could be as simple as your body rejecting that medication all of a sudden. It could be more serious. You'll have more answers soon.
