Urinating more fluid than I'm drinking
I have always used the toilet more than most, especially through the night, but since got pregnant with my son 3 years ago the problem is getting worse. My gynecologist (whom I was seeing for fertility problems not this) suggested I must be urinating small amounts often and that I would need 'counciling' to train myself not to go as often. However, I have since recorded how much I am drinking and how much I am passing per day and I think the results are unusual. I am drinking 1.5 - 2.5 liters of fluid per day and am passing between 200 - 500ml MORE than I have had to drink that day, and going to the toilet 12-14 per day. Websites I have read suggest that you should use 1 liter of what you drink on hydrating your body, sweating and on bowl movements.
I have been to see my GP who did not seem interested. He said I didn't 'look dehydrated' and suggested it was just my body's way. Am I just being silly?
