    My question is why would I be fine then get dizzy and need to eat a lot of sugar to make it go away

    It could be because you are hungry? It could be because you have diabetes?

    Probable low blood sugar. Are you taking any medication? Metformin, Insulin? Ever checked your blood sugar? Anytime your Glucose level drops below 85 or so, you will start to get shaky or/and dizzy and a coke or orange juice or other sugar product will raise it. Have a Glucose Tolerance Test done although it sounds like you are "going low" as diabetics use the term.

    Consult your doctor, and do a check up on your blood, if something is off with your sugar vallues you should be very careful

    It certainly sounds like diabetes may be the problem. Which means you NEED to see your doctor quick. Diabetes is very treatable, but if not treated can become very serious.
