How can I close my profit sharing trust with out leaving my job?

Have you talked to the plan admins? We need to know what type of trust or profit sharing plan it is.

I love it when we ask for information and only get partial info. Its very possible the terms of the plan are that you can only receive it when you leave the job. We can't know because you haven't told us what plan it is. But the admins should know so I would take their word.

And you need to ask them if you can borrow against it.
