Feeling muddled or disordered when talking
I have this tendency to feel very muddled, disorganized, or disordered when I try to talk. It used to just be when I would describe how I feel about something, and now it has branched out to everyday topics. The result is that I don't feel like I'm getting my point across so I take forever talking, and often times I forget the point I'm trying to make while I'm talking. It's a bit comical, but it also makes me feel self conscious, like not talking or interacting with people as much.

What do I do to fix this?

What is your age and gender, and general health?
And what do people close to you have to say about this perception of yourself?

    Age: 23
    Gender: Female
    General Health: Average health

People close to me say that it's hard to follow my logic sometimes. It seems as if I don't really have a point to my reasoning. Even something to the effect of "It took you that long to finish a project/e-mail?!" At one time I was assessed for ADD, but the psychologist said that it didn't seem like I had it. Although, one professor at my university said that I may have ADHD after listening to me ramble forever. It's frustrating - I constantly feel like I have what I want to say on the tip of my tongue, but it never comes out the right way.

"at one time" was that 5 months ago, 5 years ago, when you were 10?

And to be honest I feel the ADHD label is used for to often for a variety of social issues..

But you may want to have a complete physcial done ( medical doctor) telling them the issue you are having.
