Do all cats loose their appitite before they go into labour?
I have a cat who is about to have her kittens any time now she has already started to show signs that labour is very soon . Signs include very sleepy but restless, discharge coming from behind, she's gone very affectionate (not normally like her),her nipples have become very large and starting to leak milk. The only sign she doesn't have is that she hasn't lost her appitite I was just wondering if all cats loose there appitite before labour . Thank you

Cats and humans are two very different species, so it's common for them to have their differences. Maybe you should do some research before jumping to conclusions. :)

Actually, I did research plus have a lifetime of experience with cats. Both species are mammals, and in general aren't that different from each other. Impending labor does not automatically kick out hunger. Once labor begins in earnest, there isn't time for or interest in food.
