Where are you located. There are standards to observe for your type of equipment if you are in the US or Canada.

    Hi Triple 07

1.5"- 3" pipe usually gets 1/4" pitch per foot of pipe.

4" pipe and larger usually get 1/8" slope per foot of piping.

With that being said, in some areas, 3" may also be run at 1/8" per foot of piping, but I'd stay with the 1/4" pitch per foot, if possible.

Now, as requested above, what equipment and what pipe sizes are we talking about here?

    Back to you...

I'll just add my two cents.
    Rule of thumb,
    4" and up= 1/8th inch to thefoot
3: and down= 1/4 inch to the foot
Using a level I just crack the bubble for the big stuff and give it a quarter bubble for the smaller pipes.
    Good luck. Tom
