Ive watched this movie in a cinema years ago - I`m sure it is not new. I believe it should be something between 1998-2003.

Unfortunately, and this makes the search more difficult, I do not remember the entire movie and the actors there, but there is this scene that I remember for sure.

A women went for a cruise with her husband/bf/lover (this I do not remember) on a yacht - just the two of them. Then there is a scene that she wakes up on this yacht alone on the middle of a sea, and finds blood stains - no more bf/husband/lover.

The rest is blury in my head - she is a suspect, somehow blamed for killing the guy or smth, and she needs to run and clean her name.

I remember to have enjoyed the movie a lot but can not remember the title, thus cannot watch it again for all this years.
