What can I do to prevent my 4 month old Malti-Poo from eating deer droppings?

Deers eat only leaves, etc. so there is nothing to harm your puppy in deer droppings. My dogs on the farm used to love 'road apples' horsemanure and go out on the road and get it fresh when riders went by.

I know you think its gross but this is what puppies do. What type of dog food do you feed your pet ? A change in diet may stop him/her from doing this.

You could try putting a cayenne chili pepper when ever you come across this as it stopped my puppy from eating the other puppy's poo
