    Is this a sign that I could be pregnant
    I had my iud taken out wed. after wearing it for 4 in a half yrs had sex now I'm spotting... what does this mean?

    It could mean a variety of things, including a small cut or bruise from the removal of the IUD.

    Call the Doctor if you are worried.

    It depends on what kind of IUD it was. If it was hormonal, like the Mirena, the spotting could be caused from the withdrawal of the hormones.
