Can a neutered cat get pregnant?
    Hey,

My neutered cat is showing all the signs of pregnancy: saggy belly, saggy nipples, always tired and laying down, eating more than usual and vomiting can she still have babies ?

Someone please tell me if she can because I am starting to get worried that the neutering worked!

The sagging belly is from spaying procedure; no she can't get pregnant, her ovaries have been removed. Her hormones have been disturbed, probably why the other symptoms.

No. She isn't pregnant if she has been spayed. If you're really concerned about WHY, you need to take her to the vet. The increased eating may explain the saggy tissues, lethargy, but not the vomiting. The sagging belly may be due to FIP... feline infectious peritonitis, but would not expect the eager eating. Can't forget the potential for a heart problem either, as the belly may be simply accumulated fluids from the heart problem. Which also would be accompanied with lethargy and sleeping.

Still more questions than answers, best let the vet sort everything out.
