    What is leadership for you?
How will you lead people by not letting them feel that you are trying to be superior? I need some tips so please do share some of your ideas, it might help me to enhance my leadership skills. Thanks

To take the lead implies that you do have supirior skills or knowlage of a given situation. By coming off confident then leading becomes more acceptable. By being cocky it's a turn off and people won't want to follow. What are you trying to lead people through ?
