Does anyone know what the usual penalty is for a 1st DUI probation violation is? I screwed up and the interlock devise on my vehicle failed so now I have to take it to the interlock company so they can tell my PO I had alcohol in my system.

Also: I called my PO today but he was on the other line and never got back to me and is out now until Tuesday. I did not metion the violation, is it a good thing to notify them? It seems to be, that and ask them if there is any possible way to keep from being violated, Your thoughts?

Good answer, I have just been mulling this thing over and over in my mind and really freaking out about it. I have not slept or eaten much simce it happened, hell I have lost 12 pounds.in 5 days.
