Luxaire model eabd f030sb heat pumpfan won't run

Guessing that the compressor is running tells me you have power to unit, so its either the capicitor or the motor itself is bad

I can push the relay in and the fan will run the pipes get hot and should be cold when it runs do I have the wiring backwards

Sounds like u don`t have low voltage (24 V ) to activate the contactor. Do you have a multi-meter? Is the blower on furnace/airhandler running? Set tstat to fan/fan only, not on auto.. if fan runs next you need to check/follow the small tstat mire that runs from furnace to outside condenser for any breaks cuts that might be stopping 24v from going to condenser

The air handle fan runs I do get 24v out side on my red wire if I push the relay over ride switch the fan comes on. Do you know where I can get a manual on the unit luxaire eabd f030sb heat pump
