Depends on whether they "catch" the warrant. If they do, there's a good possibility you're not getting on the airplane.
Its non-extraditie bench warrant.. I have a friend who just left with 4 felony warrants had no problems
Are these answers from experience or just opinions?
I was pulled over and the police said I have a warrant but its non extraditable. Make sure I take care in CA... this was yesterday
NO unless its FBI Most wanted or Murder the won't stop you leaving trust me I used to work at the airport. Coming back you may but you won't go though customs leaving only coming back...
I'm former US Customs. I've been an investigator for a long time.
I know what I'm talking about.
I have NO idea why someone flying NY to CA and back would go through US Customs - Homeland Security, yes. US Customs - no.
Unless one of those States is no longer part of the US, of course.
`im flying from NYC over seas to Germany for work... I am in NYC now leaving this week... Im leaving the states
If you leaving the country they don't check for petty Warrants... My boyfriend has been to Europe 3 times this year and he has a warrant for Auto Theft felony in CA. It did show up coming in the country but its non- extraditable.. He just flew yesterday from Chicago to London. No problems
