    The panty Saga
I am a guy in my early 40's that has been wearing panties all of my adult life, I have kept it hidden from most but my wife knows all about it. My wife is sort of OK with it but it's not her favorite thing, I believe she puts up with it because she knows of my enjoyment with this. The problem I am having now is that a few days ago I was at the grocery store doing some shopping and was a little careless, I bent down to pick something up and right at that time I hear my name and a good friend of my wife's is behind me and proceeds to tell me that my panties are showing, I stood quickly and pulled my shirt down quickly and let out a little laugh and "yea right" kind of thing and was on my way after a brief chit chat. I know there is not chance she would be confused about whether they were or were not ladies underwear as that is part of my thrill, I always have the brightest colors I can find, often bright pinks and sometimes lace with the thrill of knowing it is "naughy" and I could get caught. Sure, others have seen the waistband peeking out over the years and some have even commented but this is the first time someone we know has noticed, I am wondering if I should say something first to my wife or wait and see, I don't know if this friend will say anything or not. My wife knows I wear them so I don't feel like I would be hiding it but then again, I wonder if it would be better so she was prepared if something is said

I'd tell her so that she isn't caught off-guard should her friend say something.

Do you know why your wife isn't all that comfortable with the idea of you wearing panties? Since part of your enjoyment is the public aspect, is she afraid someone she knows will find out? If so, then I would definitely make certain she is aware of the encounter in as less upsetting a way as possible.

Hopefully, you can both get a laugh over what the friend must have thought.

I think you should tell your wife to eliminate any surprises.

If I were caught in the same situation I would have pulled my pants down even more and told the neighbor they should now know what to get me for Christmas and birthdays and walked off with no other explaining which is what they deserve.

Your business is yours and as long as it affects nobody but you it is not any of their business or concern.

You should tell your wife so she doesn't think your not telling her things. My ex used to ware lady's pantys. His best friends wife who was also my best friend walked in on him putting them on when he got out of the shower and he didn't tell me, she told me like a week later. I was upset with him because I thought he wasn't telling me things. So I would recommend that you would tell her:)

I can see how you might get a bit upset with him not telling you about her walking in on him getting dressed. It is generally a good idea to share events that might lead to 'embarrassing' stories or 'inside' jokes. While the op's encounter isn't as easily misconstrued, it still could lead to comments that might not seem so innocent if she doesn't know the story behind them.

EricThePink does not find this helpful : Useless info

You have totally misused the rating system - I addressed a question which I misunderstood and my "misunderstood" is how I corrected it. I did NOT want incorrect info to remain on the Board.

I have no idea where your attitude comes from.

As long as you want to take the gloves off... my concern with you isn't your fetish (and need to discuss it at every turn). I don't think your fetish is wearing women's panties. I think your fetish is to shock (or attempt to shock) people - your screen name, the "thrill" of knowing you could get caught.

No, your fetish isn't JUST the panties.

EDIT: Now I know where your attitude comes from - you posted incorrect info and I corrected you here - https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/pregna...re-586321.html
