I am trying to basiclly save my brothers live, he is a drug user and alochalic, I am scared for his safety. He lives with my mother who is eldery, and not in the best of health. He does reveive food stamps and has been trying to get disability, but has missed so many appointment I am not sure where that stands. Please lead me in the right dirrection, if you can, a sister looking for help.
