I don't mean to sound crude but more often than not when I have to go on the toilet, I do flush part way through but it still often will not flush completely and I have to use a plunger to get it back to normal... we have had it snaked and even had the line cleaned out... any ideas or is it just me

Has anyone checked the vent line, it could be clogged with leaves, twigs etc. How old is the toilet? Is it the only toilet that has problems? What is the gallon rating on the toilet.
