My daughter was late for her period she started bleeding a few days ago thought it was her period but only bleed a bit she got the deprovera shot the next day found out she was pregnant started bleeding today and cramping will depro-vera bring on your period or is she miscarrying

You want to know if it's her period or if she's miscarrying.

It would NOT be her period. It would be a miscarriage. You don't get a period when you're pregnant.

If she's bleeding and cramping, and has had a positive pregnancy test, it sounds like she's miscarrying.

She should see her doctor as a D & C may have to be done.
