Hello, I had my tubes cut and burnt 2 years ago. Well 3 days ago I started spotting brown discharge along with a dull right hip area pain. Normally with my normal period I have cramping, emotional, back aches, breast tender. But I have no signs of having a period except the brown discharge. My period is in 2weeks. Can you please explain what's going on please
