Do I need a liability wavier form to protect myself from an injury on my trampoline on my property

If you invite outsiders over, it would be a good idea. Each person outside of your immediate family should sign one before you allow them to use the trampoline. If they refuse, don't let them on the trampoline. Just remember, having a child sign it is useless. You need the parent to sign it for them. If not, you will be held liable if the child is injured. You might still be held liable anyway. Speak to your insurance company about what form would protect you.

It can help but it will not elimiate all liability. If for example you are not supervising the children on it, you could still be liable for neglect even if they do sign.

Also if you don't have a net around it, someone could argue that you failed to do everything in your power to provide safety.

Also as I noted in another answer, if while you are gone, someone gets on it and gets hurt, they can sue you still.

If you are going to have one, keep it fenced, just like a pool. Have a lock on the gate to it. And have it high enough not to be climbed over.
Have a net around it to help keep people from falling off.

And never allow anyone on it without an adult present.

I don't know if you found what you were looking for yet! But I am also trying to find a liability form for trampoilne jumping!!
Just in case you haven't gotten your answer! It's a good thing to have a liability form that states that your not held responsible for injury. And there parents or whom ever can't sew you or anything! You k now what I mean

I had to have them filled out for all the ppls that used to ruide my horses! It kind of sucked but I got over it :D

When you purchase a lift ticket at a ski resort you are "signing" a waiver for your rights to sue. That waiver has generally NOT been upheld by the courts. So any liability waiver you get parents or adult users of your trampoline to sign is also not likely to hold up in court.

What you need to do is contact your insurance company. They will advise you as to what your liability is, what they cover and what you can do to provide some protection for yourself.

In the meantime don't let anyone but familiy members use the trampoline.
