I would assume so. It IS exertion if you want to get technicall about it. If your tummy is full and you are putting a lot of effort and energy into it, it definitely will give you cramping and could even give you a headache and make you throw up.

My answer is to go right ahead and spank the monkey before, during, or after you eat. Like Craven said, make sure your dinner guest is okay with it, but if you eat alone, go for it. :)
