Animated Carnival Movie help!
Trying to remember a film; here's what I know:
1. It's animated and a cartoon
2. I believe it is a children's film
3. It came out before 1990
4. A carnival is in the film.
5. A gypsy cart/tent rolls in and it expands into an elaborate tent.
6. I remember a big rope/cord/string that pulses with energy of some kind; could be electricity, magic, or something else.
7. I'm not sure if the main characters are humans or animals.
8. The carnival ringmaster is sort of the bad guy I think.
Any help would be great. This was a film my grandma had and it's bugging me
