Well, there a lot of chatter out there about how to wire an AC or furnace booster in-line duct fan. The best advice I've gotten about how to use a sail switch for this was at this site, so now I'll ask how to do it another way.
There must be an EZ way to wire a booster fan directly to the HVAC blower, so that it will kick in both when the AC is running or the furnace is running. I've seen toins of conflicting advice about this. Can I simply run a wire from the common hot wire on the furnace blower to the booster fan, so that the booster comes on whenever the HVAC blower turns on?
