I have to say, surgical mprovement in the elderly is circumspect(a very invasive procedure for anyone over 70) given their level of health at the time. There are variables. How the elder person can come through even a minor operation and not sustain damage to their immune system such as C dif and MRSA, or any other communicable diseases that are prevalent in our hospital systems.

You see, it all depends on the health of the elder person to sustain the procedure that is being imposed upon them.

I don't think you have a good outline for your thesis, if that what you mean.

If you want to debate this, go ahead, I make my entire life working with the elderly in every aspect of their lives, from homecare to hospitaliziation.
