Free immigration questions for students with kids?
Some yrs ago I went to london to study but along the line my visa was cancelled after spending 5mth out of the 2yrs student visa. Can I still apply for a student visa to study in london? And I have two kids now, can I be permitted to take them along with me to study in london? *** help.

Thanks for the answer but am a little bit confused right now and not really sure cause somebody sent the following message to me. Is there any other way or link (website) u can help me out with. Thanks all the same.

"If what you say is true you have some chance of a Student visa but for sure your kids will NOT be allowed into the UK on your student visa. This actually helps you as it's evidence that you have a good reason to leave the UK at the end of your studies.

The UK his tightened up on the issue of student visa due to abuse of the system in recent years so it won't be easy and you will have to be enrolled at an approved educational institute. Many, mostly in the London area have been removed from the accredited list. Also you will need to demonstrate that you can fund your training."

Call the Consulate and ask - somebody on this site sent you a private correspondence answering your question?

You'll be banned for 12 months but no guarantee if you are going to get a new visa.
