I am looking for a 90s TV series with kids where the main characters used to travel/teleport themselves through a window frame which I believe they carried with them most of the time.

No, it's not it. I don't remember much of the plot except for the fact that there was a rectangular window or window frame and they used to jump it in order to teleport or travel. Also, it could be late 80's or beginning of the 90's, in my country was aired in '91, '92, '93, it could also be an Australian or new zealand production.
