I've missed two periods and took a lot of hpt all were negative. But I've been spotting for two months now. And when its time for my period I get all my usual menstral cramps but I don't get my period. Could I still be pregnant and if not what's wrong.

How old are you?
Are you on any medications?
Are you very athletic? Overweight? Any illnesses?

Spotting for two months is very common. You may go through many changes over the years. I would guess that most of us start the first years having many variations, then settle into a routine, then get irregular again as we get closer to menopause.
