Is there any suggestions for acid / gastric reflux other than zantac 150 mg daily, tums prn and sitting up after eating. Also easily digested and non-spicy foods. It is for my daughter and she is 20 weeks pregnant. Starting to get dark circles around her eyes, pale and almost frail appearance. Starting to cry a lot because of the gastric reflux making her so miserable, which is not like her. Any help you can suggest would be appreciated. Thanks Just A worried Mom

She needs to discuss this with her OB. There are prescription meds that work really well and are approved for pregnancy.

Maalox is over-the-counter and approved as well.
