I am 8 weeks pregnant and I am having pain in my left side?

I'm not a professional but I would suggest you visit your doctor or hospital, I have heard pain in one side when pregnant can sometimes mean eptopic pregnancy!

Not ectopic, but you can't go online and ask a question with so little information and get an answer.
Pains when pregnant are very common and unless you have fever, bleeding, fainting, vomiting, or other unusual symptoms, you might be sent home and told to take some Tylenol and call back if still there in a few days. You should have an OB/GYN to follow you anyway, so call the office a few hours after taking some Tylenol.

If you are not under an OB-Gyn care at this point you need to be. I really am aghast, that you would think you could be diagnosed with such little information without being examined. Do you want to lose your baby? If not, then why would you risk your pregnancy by not seeing a doctor immediately?
