    Birrdy situation little fighter.
So my cat brought in this baby bird today about 6am. Its got all its feathers and quite small.
Very friendly and not aggressive, at first he/she was very scared and shakey. So I got a glass bowle and warmed the bowl in the micromave (not with the bird in OBIOUSLY!) then I put tissue in the bowl and rapped the bird I a clean cloth to keep it warm and put lt it settle just ontop of my lamp which really calmed it down! And it seems fine. I've tried to look for its mother but can't find it or the nest :( so I've put tissue in a spare LARGE ish cage and put the bowl in that to protect it. The bird is fine and not injured.. but it really wants feeding. Its opening his mouth and I've tried worms... water... someone suggested cat food so tried that. I just really want to hellp it :( so any suggestions would help this little fighter...

I know its probalyy not muc help but the bird is brown with white and black wings.
    Thank you x

I raised 4 robins several years ago - it's a tedious, time comsuming "job" because they MUST be fed regularly and often.

Have you contacted a wildlife rescue group in you area? Your local animal protection officer will have the info.

I have raised a couple baby bird before, and all I did was soak dog food in water and used tweezers to feed them. You have to be careful or the tweezers could scratch them.
