The real dad is trying to take my baby
How do I get it so he don't have no rites to her?

Usually you don't. He's the father, he has rights. Unless you can prove he is a danger to your child, you stand no chance of terminating his rights.

If you try explaining what the situation is, we may be able to advise further. Also, ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

Actually it is not "YOUR" baby, the child is both yours and the fathers. He has various rights to the child, which may or may not include joint custody even. Unless he is a threat to the child, he will get at least visitation with the child.

If you break up with the babies dad, the child should not be used as a weapon to hurt the other parent, if both parents want a relationship with the child

So he was okay to have sex with but not okay to raise a baby with?

That just makes me doubt YOUR judgement.

He HAS rights. If he goes to court, he WILL get to exercise those rights---unless you can PROVE he is a danger to the child.

More information would be nice so that we can better help you.
