I've a mk5 golf 1.9tdi driving fine, stopped then it wouldn't start, as if starter motor just clicking I've tried jump starting it no luck, tried bump starting it still won't start its as if wheels just locking when I've tried, tried getting towed and bump starting still no luck, anyone any idea's.? Thanks

This actually sounds like the motor may be seized.
First, remove all the drive belts (in case an accessory is seized) and then put a socket and breaker bar on the crankshaft pulley and see if it will turn at all.
