By mistake my root canal cap came off and I am some how managing with out applying gum or glue... suddently while taking one of the multi vitamin medicine along with water, this cap came off and it went inside the stomach.. Pl let me will it cause any issue in my stomach

No, it will pass through inert, and you can look for it and save it to be reglued.

No stomach issue as it is most likely a gold or porcelain. It will finally pass out so be careful before flushing! Clean it well, get to a dentist and they will sterilize and put back on.

It might cause an issue in your stomach so if I was you I would go and get it check out before its to late because you never know
