I have no idea where you are OR for that matter what culture finds it acceptable for a married man to begin a relationship with a woman who is not his wife without benefit of divorce.

So file for divorce and don't wait for your wife to file.

And if I were your girlfriend I'd figure you're going to do to me what you did to your wife - cheat.

Of course her parents are in a hurry to get her married to someone else. You haven't proven yourself to be reliable. You were so eager to run away to get married the first time and now can't stand that woman. You might fare better in a different culture like Europe or the US, where parents don't have much say.

Please keep this fact in mind when answering this question: He is still married to his wife. He is not divorced.

Contact a lawyer who specializes in Divorce and find out exactly what your legal rights are to terminate your current marriage. Then get legally divorced by the laws of the country you reside in.

After you are out of your current marriage you can think about getting involved with someone new whether it is this woman or someone else.

While other cultures may not put the emphasis on parental involvement in choosing a spouse, they do have laws against Bigamy.

Where are you? Do you require the consent of your spouse to get a divorce in your country?

It sounds like you should let the girlfriend go because her family does not approve - that's a huge obstacle to any marriage being successful. I think you should focus on your wife and see if you can repair the marriage you already have. If not, finish it before you continue in another relationship.

You owe your wife the courtesy to not be involved in a second relationship while you are yet married to her. Until and unless you are divorced, you are wrong to date someone else. Your actions are very selfish and hurtful to your wife, your children and also your girlfriend, as well as all of your families.

You made your problems so handle them, get a divorce and see what happens.
