    Hampton bay fan
Our lights on our hampton bay ceiling fan in our bedroom come on and off several times during the night. Turns out our nieghboor has the same fan. How can we stop our lights from coming on when he turns on his lights on his house using the remote thank you

You too have a remote, right? Inside your canopy is the receiver and the hand held has an identical set if small dip switches, usually 9 in each. The switches are already matching in the receiver and the remote, to play it safe move all switches to OFF in both receiver and remote. Test before assembly and closing of the canopy but you should be ggod to go.
