I was originally sentenced to one year probation, for which I have one month left. I caught a disorderly persons offense and have to go to court for a probation violation. My probation officer sais that provided I didn't get into any more trouble, she would recommend more probation or either to just let me complete my original probation time. My question is, what would be my worst case scenario?

Worst case, 1 year in jail, not likely but it is a option. The PO merely recommends to the Judge what they want to happen to you, the judge makes the choice
