My question is about my mairrage I quarrel(reason is I want her to stay with me but she want me stay with her along with her parents) with my wife and stay 1year away from her, so I want to know that if suppose if I want to stay with her, I have marry her again. No her parents are fine. Because of her dictatorship she doing like this

Why does she want to be around her parents and not with you? There has to be a better reason than she is a dictator.

Sir, dictator mean she going on that path which her parent are showing. I have trying to found solution of my problem from 11year. I have gone to our reliegious court to sought out my problem. But no use. Now I have put a petition in a family court. My judgement date is 18th of August 2011.

Why are her parents making her come home for a year? Exactly what are the court supposed to be doing for you? What's the problem between you that she puts more weight on what her parents say, and what YOU say. Is this an arranged marriage, or a love marriage? How old are the both of you? Same caste? Same religion? Have her parents done this before? Does she want to leave?

The whole story would be helpful in my understanding of what you face. I require facts sir, so I may lend my help.
