How much should be charged per squre foot for post construction cleaning inside a health center in the Atlanta area?

Pricing always has so many factors:

Location (Economic)

Is it a final clean?

Do you need to rent/provide any additional equipment?

Do you need to do any floor work (hard or carpeted)?

Do you need to clean windows? ( stickers/ concrete residue/etc)

Do you have a time factor to complete the job?

Do you have specs?
