I have a Honda 200es three wheeler and every time I get to the higher revs it vibrates so violently. It does it in neutral as well. The previous owner said it would need a new front wheel bearing soon. Do you think that would be the problem?

High revs or high speeds?
If the vibration is at high speed, PARK your THREE wheeler until you or someone knowledgeable can inspect the bearings and replace them as needed.

Its at high revs. I was told I needed a new front wheel bearing but it does it in neutral also.

But is this while driving or is this while sitting still..

Sorry for the delayed answer lol but it is while Driving and Sitting Still. So if I'm sitting still and rev it then it vibrates really bad at high revs, and if I get to the high revs while driving it does the same thing.
