    Main : MLO , With regards to panelboard what does it means ?

    Main or MCB means the panelboard has a Main Breaker builtin.

    MLO stands for Main Lug Only, only has lugs to feed the panel, there will be a circuit breaker or fuse protection upstream at another larger distribution panel or switchboard.
