You are over estimating the amount of alcohol by nearly 100%. EtG is a frequent test used by courts but this test can give both false negatives and false positives.

They may not do a test, they may merely rule on the failure of your breath test.

The other issue is of course if you know you have a mouth wash that is an issue, don't use it
