How do I stop someone from entering the United States and he is from Algeria. He walked out on me when I was pregnant and now I have heard he is trying to come back to the United States to take my daughter. Help

He can't take your daughter, aube. That would be a federal offence of kidnapping and jail time. So you have a legal leg to stand on here if you want to trade threats with him.

You can't stop him from entering the US if he has valid paperwork to do so.

Well ? Is he on the birth certificate ? Have you went to court and get a order for custody so that you are the custodial parent ?

But if he has a valid passport and visa he can enter this country. Unless you have solid proof of a plan to kidnap the child ( assuming he does not have legal right to the child) If you can prove he has a illegal plan, send it to the immigration department
