My husband is in jail for violating his 2 year probation with 3 felony and 1 misdemeanor and he was on probation for 3 felony for grand theft 3rd degree and 1 misdemeanor he is in jail now for 34 days and the state is trying to build a case but resetting it how long do you think he will be lock up for.

First he is very likely to go back to jail for violating for perhaps the full two years. Which would go along with time served on new charges normally

I would say he will be locked up for a couple years at least

He is lock up now and the Public defender got his bond lower and is trying to see if he can get the charges drop because the state keep resetting because they are trying to build a case. So that is not possible for his charges to be drop but he is looking to serve a couple of years in prison is that what you are telling me.

I am surprised his PO has not violated at this point for the new charges, Even with a bond, if they violate his probation, he can't get out,

I am saying that it is very likely that he will go back to prison for his probation violation, no matter what happens on new charges.
