Could be anything from scabies to shingles, I would have a doc have a look at them for good measure.

I actually was going to say that. I had them when I was younger, I soaked a cotton swab in Apple Cider Vinegar and put duct tape over them. They cleared up in a few days. My doctor told me they would clear up on their own. But I ended up having them for over a year, they went away for a month and then they showed up again. I researched and found the cure I just mentioned and they were gone in a few days. Of course you would want to check this method out with your doc first.
