Old man with a lot of music equipment wanting to have a good time before he passes on
I want to build a KILLER amp I have 2 cerwin vega speakers 15" in size and 2 Baldwin speakers 15" in size and with those I have two peavey speakers 18" in size and two Electro Voice speakers also 18" in size I would like to combine all these and add (4} 8" speakers for midrange and (4) metal horns for the high's to get cross overs for the whole network of those 16 speakers and get the lowest possible ohmage for the best output on my 5000 watt Nady powerhead
I have these in seprate cabinets now..should I build one cabinet for them (say 6 foot by 8 foot)? what thickness?
or leave them in seprate boxes then how would I wire them with crossovers to get proper effect out of the units
What size boxes for the 12" and the horns if I left the 16" and 18" in their cabinets? I know it's a lot of questions but I have all these good speakers and I would love to use them all to get the best, loudest. Cleanest sound I can get if you can help me I would be ever so greeatful Thank You
