What type of medical treatment are you receiving and what type of medication are you taking?

You aren't covering up the real you if the real you has OCD and Tourettes. Physician and medication simply make life easier. You aren't permanently sedated - you just feel better about things and yourself.

I don't know anyone who is "dull and boring" when on the proper medication.

Of course, it would appear at this point that your mother makes the medical decisions. You have been diagnosed with both OCD and Tourette's, right?

Yes , I go to the children's hospital 2 times a year and it wouldn't feel right , I fell OK with myself like I can handle it - ish but sometimes I'm just a wreck but I would only be taking them for no reason , I'm OK with it , my friends understand{ish} and my parents know of course but its just hard at times but I cope .

And if that's what works with you, then that's what you should do.

On the other hand if you ever need help from medication, you know it's available.

So - how is the cat? And what's his/name name?

I never had a cat. I'm a dog person, but every time I see a kitten I wonder if it would fit in with two (very big) dogs.

    Is this your first cat?

If you have any cat questions, this site is a good place to ask them. (I'm one of the cat people :).)

I should have called myself Catwoman instead of WG.
