What are each minimum watts and maximum watts are available in putting to the house?
Watts is a measurement of the "Heat" created by voltage and amperage passing through a load.
Amperage is the primary consideration.
Here in the U.S.A. the standard Voltage is 120/240.
The NEC (National Electrical Code) sets 100 Amps as the minimum amount of current to be delivered to a home.
Larger amounts 150 Amp, 200 Amps and 320 Amps are generally available through your Electrical Utility.
Also, electricians determine the needed service for a home by doing what is called a "Load Calculation". This process starts with the area of the home, less uninhabitable space and then builds on this with some mandatory loads, like a clothes dryer or stove, and any special circuits that have to be installed.
And why you are asking this cryptic question.
